In both instances the FBI has tried to break through the encryption that protects the safety of the phone&#8217;s data.  Investigators have found the security measures in the phone a challenge.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Verdana; font-size:16pt\">I see this report from 2 different perspectives:<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family:Verdana; font-size:16pt\">The iPhone apparently has more security measures in place than other phones, which would make it a logical phone to use if security is important to you.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family:Verdana; font-size:16pt\">When a crime has been committed we need a way for law enforcement to fully investigate the suspect.  Today much of our life activity is in the memory of our cell phones.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Verdana; font-size:16pt\">We are in a new era of cell phone usage and protection of our civil rights.
