Recognizing the signs of the behaviors that may signal domestic or sexual\u00a0violence or circumstances that may lead to these crimes is a critical first step to taking action to prevent\u00a0violence. Once you identify\u00a0<em>when to respond<\/em>, you can then identify\u00a0<em>how to respond<\/em>\u00a0in a way that feels appropriate and comfortable.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white\"><span style=\"color:#f87648; font-size:16pt\"><strong><span style=\"font-family:Verdana\">TIP<\/span><span style=\"font-family:Arial\">\u2192<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family:Verdana\">\u00a0<span style=\"color:#4c4c4c\"><strong>Follow your instincts. If a situation feels wrong to you, it probably is.
